The B&B House is situated in Mocaiana, approximately 4 miles from the medieval town of Gubbio. It has rural surroundings rich of local life with all amenities close by: bus stops, post office, small supermarket, café-bar, pizzeria, pasticceria (bakery) and late shop.
The house is central to all road routes throughout Umbria, which take you to many places of interest including Perugia and Assisi; it is also close to the border with Marche (region on the East Coast), making it ideal if you are a traveller, backpacker or house hunter!

Accommodation
One double room is available, with a small balcony and two twin rooms.
All our rooms are complete with their own TV, DVD player, kettle and tea and coffee.
The sitting room and larger terrace balcony are also free to use when you want to chill out and relax with that book you just can’t put down or simply out on the balcony watching the starry sky at night.
Kitchen facilities for self-catering are also available at an additional cost if you wish to stay with us for prolonged periods of time.
